The Eleventh Amendment

"The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State."

This basically protects the states from citizens bringing suit against the state. A foreign state may imply another country.

I chose this video because it shows an insurance company suing the state.

I chose this video to show the limitations that should be in place for the federal government and to explain a little about chisholm vs. georgia.
