Amendment XXIV
"The right of citizens of the United State to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representatives in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay any poll or other tax.
Section 2
The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
This amendment prohibits the taxing of votes or use of poll taxes. This is also another way to end segregations.
Here is a video claiming that the time waiting to vote is also a poll tax. It's the new poll tax considering that you have to take time off work and the opportunity cost that is lost by waiting to vote.

Here is a cartoon showing the burden of the poll tax.
